New series minimizes torque and maintains a squarer face to the target line for better directional control

BATAVIA, IL – Tour Edge Golf introduces the all-new Zero T Putter Series, a four-model lineup engineered with Zero Torque technology to promote a square face at impact and improve start-line consistency.

Each model aligns the shaft axis through the putter’s center of gravity to reduce torque and resist face rotation throughout the stroke. High-MOI head designs further enhance stability, limiting twisting at impact and improving forgiveness and consistency.

“Returning the putter face square to the target line at impact is critical for putting performance,” explained CEO David Glod. “The Zero T design stabilizes the face through the stroke to support that outcome for golfers of all skill levels.”

The series incorporates precision-milled faces with horizontal milling to produce consistent contact and predictable roll. ZT-1, ZT-2, and ZT-3 are constructed from one-piece cast 304 stainless-steel, while ZT-4 features an aluminum body with a TPU insert for a softer feel in a larger mallet profile. Alignment systems vary by model to accommodate different visual preferences while supporting consistent aim and setup.

All models are offered in 34”, 35” and 38” lengths. The 34” and 35” options include a 10.4” oversized-pistol grip, while the 38” model features a 16” extended oversized grip for added stability.

The Zero T Putter Series will be available at authorized Tour Edge golf shops globally beginning today, with each model retailing for $199.99.

Model Overview

  • ZT-1: compact mallet with a 3D sloped alignment bridge for target-line guidance. RH only.
  • ZT-2: Mallet with contrast topline alignment linking strike point to shaft axis. RH and LH available.
  • ZT-3: Squared frame design to frame the ball and extend the target line visually. RH only.

Bettinardi Golf Introduces Two New Putters with Simply Balanced™ Zero-Torque Technology, Now in Two Heel-Shafted Designs https://golfingnetworks.com/bettinardi-golf-introduces-two-new-putters-with-simply-balanced-zero-torque-technology-now-in-two-heel-shafted-designs/ https://golfingnetworks.com/bettinardi-golf-introduces-two-new-putters-with-simply-balanced-zero-torque-technology-now-in-two-heel-shafted-designs/#respond Thu, 28 May 2026 00:47:15 +0000 https://golfingnetworks.com/bettinardi-golf-introduces-two-new-putters-with-simply-balanced-zero-torque-technology-now-in-two-heel-shafted-designs/

The zero-torque putting technology golfers trust, now available in the heel-shafted shapes they’ve been asking for

TINLEY PARK, Ill., April 28, 2026 — Bettinardi Golf today announced the Limited Line Extension AntidoteHexperimental #7 and Hexperimental #9, the first heel-shafted putters ever built around the brand’s SimplyBalanced™ Zero-Torque Technology.

The Hexperimental #7 features a compact mallet profile with a ball-sized rectangular cutout that shifts massto the perimeter for added stability and alignment, while the Hexperimental #9 is a high-toe, traditional wide-body blade design. Both models share a modified plumber’s neck with minimal onset, delivering the look and feel of a traditional heel-shafted putter, now with zero torque.

Since its introduction, Simply Balanced™ Technology has been limited to center-shafted designs. The Hexperimental #7 and #9 change that by aligning the shaft axis directly in line with the putter’s center of gravity, minimizing torque while achieving less onset. The result is a face that stays square through the stroke while preserving the classic heel-shafted putter profile.

Both models are precision-milled in-house from 303 Stainless Steel and feature Bettinardi’s re-engineered F.I.T.Face™ (Feel Impact Technology) milling, removing 30% of the face material to produce a soft, responsive feel at impact. Each putter comes paired with a matte black shaft and a Bettinardi Black Hex PU grip in jumbo or standard size. Both models are crafted with a Black Armor TPT finish on the topline and flange, with DistressedBlue accents on the face and sole.

“Simply Balanced™ over the last 18 months has been our most talked-about putter tech, but it’s only ever been available in center-shaft,” said Sam Bettinardi, President of Bettinardi Golf. “The Hexperimental #7 and #9opens that up to more players, with the same zero-torque advantage, on a design they are most familiar with, looking down at.”

The Hexperimental #7 and Hexperimental #9 will be available for pre-sale beginning April 28, 2026, at Bettinardi.com, Studio B Oak Brook, and select Authorized Retailers, with an MSRP of $550 each. The Hexperimental #9 is also available in a left-handed version.

Odyssey introduces Damascus milled putters with unique steel insert https://golfingnetworks.com/odyssey-introduces-damascus-milled-putters-with-unique-steel-insert/ https://golfingnetworks.com/odyssey-introduces-damascus-milled-putters-with-unique-steel-insert/#respond Fri, 22 May 2026 01:22:53 +0000 https://golfingnetworks.com/odyssey-introduces-damascus-milled-putters-with-unique-steel-insert/

Odyssey’s Damascus milled putters blend layered steel inserts with AI design for firmer feel and more consistent speed.

Gear: Odyssey Damascus Milled #7 CH, #7 DB putters

Price: $699 eachSpecs: Milled stainless steel head with Damascus steel insert; blasted silver finish and counterbalanced SL90 steel shaftAvailable: April 28 (pre-sale), May 5 (in-stores)

Who it’s for: Golfers who prefer the sound and feedback of a milled putter and want a more premium, firmer feel with consistent ball speeds.

What you should know: Odyssey is introducing a limited-edition line built around a Damascus steel insert, combining layered metal construction with AI-designed face geometry to blend traditional feel with modern consistency.

The Deep Dive: There’s a certain expectation that comes with a milled putter. Players who gravitate toward them tend to want a firmer, more responsive strike and a sound that gives immediate feedback. Good or bad, these golfers want to feel and hear ever subtle difference from putt to putt.

With the Damascus Milled line, Odyssey is trying to give these discerning players what they want, but with a twist that’s equal parts old-world craftsmanship and modern engineering.

At the center of the design is a Damascus steel insert, which isn’t just there for visual appeal. The material is created by stacking 61 layers of two different steels that are pressed and rolled under high heat. As it is pulled and twisted a flowing, wave-like pattern in the metal, so no two inserts look exactly the same. The process of making Damascus steel dates back over 1,000 years and was first used to create knives and swords.

That visual uniqueness is part of the story, but it’s not the primary goal. The layered construction blends softer and firmer steels, which Odyssey uses to fine-tune the sound and feel. The result is a firmer, slightly louder sound at impact than many players expect from a fully milled design.

To help with consistency, Odyssey has applied its AI-designed face topology to the inner-facing side of the insert. Subtle contours are engineered to maintain ball speed on off-center strikes, which has been a focus across the company’s recent putter releases. The idea is to preserve the traditional feedback of a milled putter without giving up too much forgiveness.

Both models in the lineup, the #7 CH and #7 DB, feature the same head, but they are made for different stroke types. The #7 CH features a crank hosel with a full shaft of offset and moderate toe hang, making it a better fit for players who swing the putter on a slight arc. The #7 DB, with its double-bend shaft and face-balanced design, is aimed at golfers who have a straighter stroke.Beyond the insert, the rest of the look is designed to showcase precision. Each head is fully milled from stainless steel, and the blasted silver finish keeps the look understated, letting the face pattern do most of the visual work without becoming distracting at address.

The SL90 shaft includes 20 grams of counterbalance weight in the butt section to help stabilize your stroke and smooth out tempo.

Taken together, the Damascus Milled putters sit in a space that’s a little different from Odyssey’s mainstream offerings. They’re not trying to be the softest or the most forgiving option in the lineup. They are a far cry from the brand’s recent zero-torque offerings, too. Instead, they’re built for players who want a firmer, more traditional response but with a modern layer of consistency built in.

Breakthrough Golf Introduces Silo Tour – The Wedge Shaft Scoring System™. https://golfingnetworks.com/breakthrough-golf-introduces-silo-tour-the-wedge-shaft-scoring-system/ https://golfingnetworks.com/breakthrough-golf-introduces-silo-tour-the-wedge-shaft-scoring-system/#respond Wed, 20 May 2026 12:11:39 +0000 https://golfingnetworks.com/breakthrough-golf-introduces-silo-tour-the-wedge-shaft-scoring-system/

From 8-Iron to Lob Wedge

DALLAS, TEXAS,  — Breakthrough Golf Technology, the company that revolutionized the putter shaft category with Stability, today announced the launch of its new Silo Tour – The Wedge Shaft Scoring System™. a breakthrough approach to scoring performance designed to help golfers control what matters most inside 120 yards: distance.

While many golfers focus on direction, data shows that the majority of scoring misses inside 100 yards come from shots finishing long or short, not left or right. Silo Tour was engineered specifically to solve this challenge by delivering consistent launch, spin, and carry yardages in the scoring zone.

“Golfers obsess over direction, but scoring is won and lost on distance control,” said Barney Adams, CEO of Breakthrough Golf.  “We created Silo Tour to bring true system-level consistency to the scoring zone, so players can trust their carry numbers and attack pins with confidence.”

The Silo Tour system features a patented multi-material construction designed to stabilize delivery through impact. The result is reduced variation in launch, spin, and carry, promoting a lower launch and higher spin for more consistent, predictable yardages shot after shot.

Designed to extend seamlessly from 8-iron through lob wedge, Silo Tour brings system-wide consistency to every scoring club in the bag.

Silo Tour is not a single shaft—it’s a complete scoring system engineered to produce tighter yardage gaps across your scoring set.

 Key Performance Benefits

  • Tighter front-to-back dispersion
  • More repeatable carry numbers
  • Consistent launch and spin across the set
  • Fewer long/short misses under pressure

Recognizing that every golfer swings with a unique tempo and feel, Silo Tour offers three optimized weight profiles:

  • 90g — Smooth, easy swing with a lighter feel.
  • 115g — In-between feel with steady, consistent tempo. Works for the majority of golfers.
  • 130g — Strong, aggressive swing with a heavier feel.

When selecting the proper shaft weight, golfers are encouraged to begin by matching their current iron shaft weight to maintain feel, then refine based on tempo and performance goals.

Choose 90g if:

  • You prefer a lighter feel with smooth loading

Choose 115g if:

  • You want a midweight option with mid launch & spin that fits the widest range of players

Choose 130g if:

  • You prefer a tour-weight profile with lower launch, lower spin, and increased stability at impact

Silo Tour shafts are available individually or as a fully optimized scoring system:

  • Single Shaft — $199.99
  • 2-Shaft Scoring System — $189.99 each
  • 3+ Shaft Scoring System — $179.99 each

The Silo Tour Wedge Shaft Scoring System™ redefines the scoring zone by giving golfers the confidence to own their yardages when it matters most.

Srixon Introduces ‘The Iron Standard’: A Campaign Built on Precision, Process, and Relentless Refinement https://golfingnetworks.com/srixon-introduces-the-iron-standard-a-campaign-built-on-precision-process-and-relentless-refinement/ https://golfingnetworks.com/srixon-introduces-the-iron-standard-a-campaign-built-on-precision-process-and-relentless-refinement/#respond Mon, 11 May 2026 11:53:29 +0000 https://golfingnetworks.com/srixon-introduces-the-iron-standard-a-campaign-built-on-precision-process-and-relentless-refinement/

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif., – Building on the momentum of their global rebrand, Srixon is unveiling a new campaign “The Iron Standard.” Rooted in precision and guided by an uncompromising pursuit of performance, the campaign highlights the people and process that define Srixon’s craftsmanship, discipline, and engineering philosophy behind their acclaimed irons.

At the center of The Iron Standard is master craftsman Yuki Shimahara, whose workbench serves as the starting point for innovation. The campaign offers rare access to Shimahara’s process, from raw steel to the moment it reaches a golfer’s hands.

“With every new iron model, we build on the core strengths we’ve developed over time while also responding to trends we’re seeing,” said Yuki Shimahara, Engineering Manager and Principal Tour Engineer at Srixon. “As an R&D team, we focus on refining everything we touch, down to the smallest details, even those that aren’t always easy to highlight like more visible technologies. On ZXi, for example, we slightly adjusted the scoreline placement from the previous generation, softened the edge radius around the face, and refined the hosel shaping. These are subtle changes and difficult to quantify, but from multiple perspectives they help improve consistency, feel, and overall performance.”

Collaboration is built directly into Srixon’s R&D process, where Shimahara works alongside fellow engineers and designers to refine every iron. Craftsmanship, player feedback, and performance data are considered together, with each prototype shaped, tested, and evaluated as a team. Insights from testing help guide subtle adjustments, creating a disciplined, interactive workflow where design and engineering evolve side by side.

This relentless approach reflects the philosophy behind Srixon Irons: progress demands tenacity – quiet, determined, exacting. The Iron Standard builds on the spirit introduced in Obsessed With It, extending that same dedication into a deeper, more transparent look at how Srixon Irons come to life.

“Design is always a collaboration. We work together to balance shaping, CG placement, and turf interaction with measured performance,” Shimahara continued. “We review prototypes as a group, discuss what we’re seeing in testing, and refine the details step by step. That back-and-forth is what allows us to push performance while maintaining the precision players expect.”

Rather than focusing solely on outcomes, The Iron Standard emphasizes the work behind them. It showcases the measurable performance gains, player-driven insights, and unwavering attention to detail that shape every iron.

The campaign will roll out across digital, social, and global media channels, giving regional teams a clear foundation to extend storytelling through product education, player validation, and behind-the-scenes access. Through this lens, Srixon reinforces its commitment to purposeful innovation, elevating performance while maintaining the restraint and confidence that define the brand.

At Srixon, the standard isn’t set at impact. It’s set long before and refined until it becomes The Iron Standard.

TAYLORMADE INTRODUCES FULLY FORGED MILLED GRIND 5 WEDGES https://golfingnetworks.com/taylormade-introduces-fully-forged-milled-grind-5-wedges/ https://golfingnetworks.com/taylormade-introduces-fully-forged-milled-grind-5-wedges/#respond Sat, 11 Apr 2026 01:43:18 +0000 https://golfingnetworks.com/taylormade-introduces-fully-forged-milled-grind-5-wedges/

TaylorMade has unveiled its latest line in the Milled Grind wedge family, Milled Grind 5 (MG5). The MG5 line features numerous proven TaylorMade technologies as well as several new updates designed to enhance feel, spin, versatility and overall performance.

MG5 wedges will be available for preorder on August 7 and at trusted retail outlets on September 4 for £179 / €229  TW Grind wedges will sell for £199 / €259

THERE’S FEEL. THEN THERE’S FORGED FEEL

Having spent countless hours with the best players in the world, the TaylorMade R&D team has learned that a wedge can never feel soft enough in their hands.

That’s why for the first time ever, MG5 wedges are fully forged from soft carbon steel. Not only does the forging process allow golfers to experience soft feel around the green where they need it most, it ensures consistency in the wedge from top to bottom.

The process starts with a billet of soft carbon steel that’s heated and bent into an L-shape. The piece then goes through a rough forging process where excess material is trimmed away, and the wedge begins to take shape.

Next comes precision forging where the cosmetics and the grind begin to form. From there, the grind, face, grooves and hosel are machined to ensure consistency and that each wedge comes out exactly as it was designed.

The final steps involve a slew of cosmetic detailing processes to round out the final product.

Compared to MG4, MG5 features refined leading-edge curvature and an updated top line blend for a more symmetric overall profile.

“Inspired by some feedback from Collin Morikawa, we set out to make the best feeling wedge TaylorMade has ever created. The best players will tell you having great feel around the greens is critical to having confidence in your short game… and to have the best feeling wedge, it needs to be forged.”

Matt Bovee, Director of Product Creation – Iron and Wedge

SAW-MILLED GROOVES

TM25 WDG TC647 N2914009 Milled Grind 5 Chrome Hero 03 v1

MG5 wedges are the first in the MG family to employ aggressive saw-milled grooves. The saw-milling process allows TaylorMade’s designers to come even closer to the legal limits of groove geometry.

Reengineered with ultra-tight tolerances, steeper walls and sharper radii, these grooves help MG5 produce more spin than previous MG generations.

SPIN RETENTION IN WET CONDITIONS

Like MG generations before, MG5 wedges utilise a RAW face finish and all-new continuous Spin Tread Technology to help golfers maintain spin and control in wet conditions.

The continuous Spin Treads act like all-weather tires on a road as they redirect water away from the face and increase friction at impact.

With Spin Tread Technology working in concert with the saw-milled grooves, MG5 retains 13% more spin than MG4 in wet conditions. These technologies also maintain a more consistent launch angle between wet and dry conditions.

MORE GRIND OPTIONS FOR MORE GOLFERS

MG5 Grind Guide for Clubhouse

MG5 wedges feature six different Tour-inspired grinds that were crafted by TaylorMade master wedge craftsman Greg Cesario to give golfers a wide array of options to fit their game.

Three of those grinds fit TaylorMade’s standard bounce profile that the majority of golfers gravitate toward: the SB, SC and SX grinds.

SB GRIND

The SB grind features a full sole design with constant trailing edge relief for smooth and consistent turf interaction that’s compatible with most swing types.

This grind’s gentle four-way camber allows for increased versatility for golfers that like to manipulate the face.

Additionally, the increased sole width provides an added layer of forgiveness, especially for golfers with steeper swings. Most golfers will find this wedge beneficial in virtually all turf conditions.

SC GRIND

The SC grind is TaylorMade’s signature mid-bounce grind and has quickly become the preferred grind amongst staff club professionals.

The medium-low bounce design with added camber in the middle of the sole also features distinct heel, toe and trailing edge relief.

The result is a grind that’s crafted for ultimate greenside versatility in all turf conditions for players that like to manipulate the face, while providing consistent full-shot stability at the same time.

SX GRIND

A new grind in the MG family, the SX grind features the widest sole and utilises increased curvature to provide consistent turf interaction and performance out of the bunker.

The reverse-C trailing edge provides relief which keeps the bounce consistent as golfers manipulate the face.

This grind is ideal for golfers looking for the ultimate blend of stability and versatility.

“For the first time in my career, the MG5 lineup of wedges represents the closest thing to the perfect array of grinds, shapes, feel and spin in one package that I’ve seen in over 45 years.”

Greg Cesario, TaylorMade Wedge Master Craftsman

In addition to the three standard bounce options, the MG5 line also includes three additional grinds for golfers looking for specialised performance.

HB GRIND

The HB grind is crafted for golfers with steeper swings or that play in soft conditions. Its high-bounce design provides stability and forgiveness.

At the same time, unique heel relief and the tapered trail edge allow for plenty of versatility, and for the wedge to exit the turf quickly without digging.

LB GRIND

The LB grind features minimal bounce and allows the leading edge to sit close to the ground. The modified C-grind emphasises this address orientation, especially when the face is in an open position.

The pronounced beveled leading edge and added camber prevent the leading edge from digging. This grind is perfect for golfers with shallow swings and those that play in tight, firm conditions.

TW GRIND

The TW grind has been updated to reflect Tiger’s most current desires in a wedge. This grind features additional camber, and a new leading-edge blend into the sole for increased effective bounce and less heel relief in the 60° compared to the original TW grind.

“For my entire career, I’ve been a universal player, and that’s been reflected in my wedge setup. Over the years, I’ve specifically honed in on grind profiles that allow me to execute all the shots I need in all different conditions. The MG5 TW grind allows me to do exactly that.”

Breakthrough Golf Introduces FORTA and FORTA TOUR Wood Shafts Built for Speed and Stability https://golfingnetworks.com/breakthrough-golf-introduces-forta-and-forta-tour-wood-shafts-built-for-speed-and-stability/ https://golfingnetworks.com/breakthrough-golf-introduces-forta-and-forta-tour-wood-shafts-built-for-speed-and-stability/#respond Mon, 06 Apr 2026 13:36:14 +0000 https://golfingnetworks.com/breakthrough-golf-introduces-forta-and-forta-tour-wood-shafts-built-for-speed-and-stability/

DALLAS, TEXAS,   – Breakthrough Golf Technology, the company that revolutionized the putter shaft category with Stability, today announced the launch of its new FORTA and FORTA TOUR wood shafts, engineered to help golfers increase ball speed while maintaining tighter dispersion and consistent launch conditions off the tee.

Built with advanced stability engineering, the shafts are designed to produce faster ball speeds and more consistent carry while maintaining control. The lineup introduces two distinct performance profiles:

FORTA: For players seeking increased speed and carry

FORTA TOUR: For faster swings that require lower spin and tighter dispersion

“Today’s golfers are looking for more distance, but not at the cost of consistency,” said Barney Adams, CEO of Breakthrough Golf.  “With FORTA and FORTA TOUR, we engineered two performance profiles that help players optimize speed and launch while maintaining stability through impact.”

FORTA

Designed for lightweight speed and maximum carry.

FORTA is BGT’s most stable lightweight wood shaft, designed to help golfers increase clubhead speed while maintaining control through impact. The profile promotes a higher launch with optimized spin, producing strong carry and tighter dispersion.

Key Performance Benefits:

  • Lightweight speed without excess spin
  • Straighter starts
  • More consistent carry windows
  • Tighter downrange dispersion

The result is speed that stays playable — designed for players who want tighter dispersion and consistent carry without giving up distance.

FORTA TOUR

Designed for more speed, lower spin and stronger flight.

FORTA TOUR is built for players with faster, more aggressive swings who need lower spin and a stronger, more penetrating flight.

Increased 3D Stability Enables Enhanced Accuracy

Hi-Res Images: LINK

Carlsbad, Calif. – COBRA Golf, a leader in golf club innovation, today introduced its new family of OPTM metalwoods. Features of the new OPTM family include POI (Product of Inertia) Shaping, Adaptive POI Weighting, H.O.T. Face and FUTUREFIT33™. The four models available are OPTM LS, OPTM X, OPTM MAX-K and OPTM MAX-D.

The groundbreaking new low POI design of each OPTM driver, which is delivered via both improved shaping and adaptive weighting, works with Cobra’s other metalwood technologies to reduce shot dispersion by up to 23 percent. Unlike MOI (moment of inertia), which is a measure of how resistant a clubhead is to twisting on off-center hits on the vertical and horizontal axes, POI measures how a clubhead rotates diagonally across all axes at once. For that reason, a high MOI is desired to correct off-center hits while a low POI is desired to deliver more accurate shots that don’t create as much gear effect. The result is tighter dispersion down range.

“MOI is still important, but POI is the next frontier in terms of overall accuracy,” said Jose Miraflor, VP of Product Architecture and Consumer Connections at Cobra Puma Golf. “In design, we want to increase MOI (stability) while also reducing POI (3D twisting). POI finetunes forgiveness into directional consistency as it allows the clubhead to rotate more naturally with your swing. If you’re playing a 10k driver but wonder why hits on the high toe, for example, are still producing noticeably wild results, it’s probable your driver has a high POI design, which is a common fault of many current high MOI models.”

Each driver in the OPTM family features unique AI-Optimized POI Shaping to increase rotational stability as well as AI Optimized Adaptive POI Weighting for enhanced CG placement. Clubhead shapes are more rounded to place the CG more in the center of the clubhead, while AI-optimized external weights are placed in new locations with the goal of producing the lowest POI possible. The LS driver, which features a Tour profile and tends to work best for faster swingers, features weight ports in the high toe, mid heel and back, with 11g, 7g, and 3g moveable weights, while the X model features a Tour preferred profile and weight ports in the mid-high toe and back with 11g and 3g moveable weights. The Max-K, the most forgiving of the four models with the highest MOI, features an oversize profile for maximum forgiveness and a fixed 11g rear weight. The Max-D, which is aimed at players who desire slice correction, features a lightweight design, built-in draw bias, and oversized profile with a fixed 11g weight in the heel area of the clubhead.

“A poll of golfers asking what would inspire them to buy a new driver indicates the top three reasons are distance, accuracy and forgiveness,” said Miraflor. “Cobra is traditionally known for distance and in 2025, our Max-K driver delivered exceptional forgiveness. In 2026, we are delivering our longest, most accurate drivers ever.”

The new OPTM metalwood family also features COBRA’s patented FUTUREFIT33 ADJUSTABLE HOSEL SYSTEM, which is the most significant and innovative metalwood fitting technology to date. The system allows for 33 unique loft and lie settings that can be adjusted independently, unlocking an unprecedented number of fitting options. All 33 settings can be accessed quickly and easily on the spot, allowing fitters and golfers the opportunity to make desired adjustments in a studio, at home or on the range.

All four new OPTM drivers also feature a multi-material construction with lightweight gloss carbon crown and lightweight titanium frame. A forged face insert with H.O.T. Face Technology with 15 hot spots across the clubface delivers a higher CT across the face for more robust distance and ball speeds.

The new OPTM fairway metals are available in three models (LS, X, and MAX) to fit the full spectrum of golfers. Details of the three new models:

OPTM LS Titanium Fairway ($469) – The LS is designed to provide a combination of maximum ball speed and accuracy with the deepest face and lowest spin rates of the three OPTM models. 3g, 11g, and 14g moveable weights in the rear, heel, and toe areas allow for optimized POI and customized performance while a low and forward CG location yields the fastest speed in the OPTM fairway family. Other features include FUTUREFIT33 Technology, which provides 33 loft and lie combinations for maximized ball flight tuning and variable thickness H.O.T. Face Technology for improved launch and faster ball speeds on off-center strikes. The LS comes in 3W (14.5 o), 3 HF (16 o) and 5W (17.5 o) with Mitsubishi Kai’li White 60 (X and S) shaft.

OPTM X Fairway ($369) – The OPTM X provides the most balanced combination of fast speed and forgiveness of the three fairway models. The X model features a mid-CG location and medium face height with 3g and 17g moveable weights in the rear and toe areas of the clubhead. Other features include FUTUREFIT33 Technology, which provides 33 loft and lie combinations for maximized ball flight tuning and variable thickness H.O.T. Face Technology for improved launch and faster ball speeds on off-center strikes. The X model comes in 3W (15.0 o), 3HF (16.5 o), 5W (18 o), 7W (21 o), and 9W (24 o) with Mitsubishi Kai’li Blue 60 (X, S and R).

OPTM MAX Fairway ($329) – The MAX is designed to provide the most forgiveness with draw bias in the OPTM fairway line with a back and heel biased CG and the shallowest face of the three models. Weight ports in the rear and heel positions with 14g and 3g moveable weights allow for customized performance. The MAX fairway is available in 3W (15.5 o), 5W (18.5 o), 7W (21.5 o), and 9W (24.5o) with Mitsubishi Kai’li Red 50 (S, R and A) shaft.

The OPTM MAX is also available in a women’s model in 3W (18.5o), 5W (21.5o), and 7W (24.5 o) with Mitsubishi Vanquish shaft in Ladies flex.

New OPTM hybrids ($329 each) fill out COBRA’s collection of new metalwood offerings and feature updated shaping that includes a slightly larger address profile and shallower face height for easier launch and optimized trajectory. ADAPTIVE WEIGHTING for improved CG placement and H.O.T. FACE Technology for added speed make the OPTM hybrids faster and easier to launch than previous models. Like all clubs in the OPTM family, FUTUREFIT33 Technology, which provides 33 loft and lie combinations for maximized ball flight tuning, is also standard. The OPTM Hybrids are available in 3H (19 o), 4H (21 o), 5H (24 o), and 6H (28 o) with KBS PG HYBRID graphite shafts in 85 (S), 75 (R), and 65 (A) flexes.
